As the COVID-19 delta variant becomes more widespread in the community we continue to reevaluate and refine policies and procedures, ensuring uninterrupted safe, quality health care for the communities we serve. This includes guidelines for support persons, who play an important role in the well-being of our patients.

Beginning Tuesday, October 12, 2021 we will allow 1 visitor per patient per day.

  • Visitors under the age of 14 are not allowed.
  • Visitors must pass screening guidelines at the facility entrance (answering screening questions and have temperature checked.
  • Visitors must wear a mask at ALL times while inside the facility (or outside the facility if with a patient or staff member).  Noncompliance with this policy will result in visitors being asked to leave.
  • If a patient is COVID-19 positive or under investigation for COVID-19 visitors will not be allowed.

These guidelines may be changed if necessary for safety reasons. If you have additional questions please call 515-381-6519. Thanks for your understanding during these unprecedented times.
